1. SSRS Report /SSIS Package Development.
a. Extracted data from internal data warehouse system to SSRS
b. Tracked trouble ticket request for request made by end users
c. Created ad-hoc reports.
d. Designed and developed stored procedures, queries and views necessary to support SSRS reports
e. Performed functional and performance QA testing
f. Scheduled jobs to execute SSIS packages which were developed to update database objects daily and maintained nightly loads of data by creating the corresponding tasks.
g. Created SSIS packages to export and import data from CSV files, Text files and Excel spreadsheet. Involved in installation, configuration and developing of SSIS packages using BIDS.
2. Qlikview Reporting.
a. Designed, developed, implemented, and supported QlikView dashboards. Integrated data sources and databases with QlikView, and designed and developed data models and backend queries for presenting data.
b. Created data queries and reports using WellView, QlikView, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, SSRS, and Excel. Created custom queries/reports designed for quality verification and information sharing.
c. Used SQL, PowerPoint, Excel and InfoView daily to generate various performance reports for analysis.
d. Analyzed underlying data for potential discrepancies, investigate errors, and perform data cleanup.
3. Automation of Reports By Using VBA Macro:
a. Helping to find an easy way to do the time consuming excel task of other team members.
b. VBA Modules include complex Functions to loop thru form controls, VBA code working in conjunction with SQL Statements to manipulate data.
c. Fetching historical weather data from a website through a macro.
d. Raw data formatting by using a macro file for other team members.
e. Reducing the process of data updating.
