ABOUT ME

I am Ralph Harris Rendon. I have experienced with QA Manual and automation for 4 years and counting. I'm looking for project base or part time job. I am very suitable for this position because I am currently working with Casino Gaming industry as Senior Automation QA. My Roles and obligation are ensuring the products work as expected like all functionalities working, UI, all information should be synchronized with UI and backoffice or database. Example player one won the game. Name, Current balance + win bet,the team selected, odds, time/date should be correct and synchronize with Backoffice. Work closely with Business Analyst or Other Teams if there's new changes/feature has been made. Log defects make sure information indicated there are correct and has a proof like the screenshot / video and logs. Analyzing an issue thru checking the logs and coordinating with a developer or integration team. Creating documentations for entire teams to speedup execution team and future references, Training new resources. Hoping to hear you soon and have a wonderful day.
