I am pleased to mention that i meet all the the job requirements as briefed below: • Over 29 Years of experience in Office Management, Administrative Support, Supply Chain, SAP MM Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Order Fulfillment, Project Planning, Contracts & Coordination and Systems Support, Project Management and Scheduling (MS Project), Human Resources Services. • Performed as a Resource Coordinator for expatriate in Pakistan by Siemens Germany, arrangement of their boarding, lodging, transpiration, Security arrangement and clearance, accompany expatriate to Power Plants sites and Airport Pickup/droop. • Arranged Factory Acceptance Test for Gukkhar 132/220/500 Kv make arrangement of 200 Visa processing for NESPAK and WAPDA Professionals to take part in Factory Accptence Test abroad • Assist the Country Representative in interactions with relevant government departments for appropriate visas and vehicle registration/de-registration, Visa extension, Payment Follow-up with WAPDA etc. • Oversee the IT function and be responsible to ensure the provision of adequate level of IT support. I have achieved several accomplishments, i.e. development of web infrastructures for GIS. Expert Knowledge of SAP and IT software, Lan and hardware with deep knowledge of Project Lifecycle. • Performed as training coordinator for Local and foreign technical and management trainings. • Expert knowledge of publishing, designing & print media, layout, designing, printing & formatting etc. • Good knowledge of web designing, hosting and editing and can manage the company site update and editing support with Wordpress, and HTML tools. • Well familiar with SAP, Smart Form and Crystal Report to extract live project reports & form filling. • Excellent English & Arabic skills, willing to work in an international environment.
