ABOUT ME

I have served as a software tester, senior software testing engineer and Software QA during my 7-year career in this field. I bring extensive knowledge of quality assurance processes, software engineering practices and the software development cycle and am familiar with common ‘bugs’ and issues that need to be addressed in this cycle. Throughout my career, I have shown to create and maintain detailed documentation of software defects and instructions for addressing and fixing these issues. To that end, I have developed numerous models that contain future configurations designed to avoid these defects and other ‘bugs.’ By applying strong time management and problem-solving skills and attention to detail, I have consistently tested and offered solutions to software issues within specified time and budget constraints.
