I am Rhea D. Mapula, 29 years old, a graduate of 2 year course which is Associate in Secretarial Sciences. I've been working for 2 years as a customer service representative at SPI Global CRM and been one of the top agent and been awarded for quality assurance for domestic account also I've worked for Teletech, another International BPO company handling U.S based callers, completed training and been the top trainee too. I have experiences here in Upwork with regard to cold calling as well and other customer support handling. Just recently I worked with an Ai system company for almost 4 years and I've been appointed as Ph Team Manager. I want to apply for this job because I know I can work with what you are needing.
