Kaku Bhandia is a well known name in Jaipur and New Delhi. He has also built a reputation as a restaurateur in Macedonia.
Born in Kolkata and raised in Royal Jaipur, he has developed a deep love for food and a unique sense of taste. He has translated this into an exceptional ability to customize menus that suit varied palettes. Hailing from one of the most prestigious jewelry families in Jaipur, he carries an extremely professional working ethos to his kitchens as well; with an eye for detail and always delivering the very best to his customers.
He has curated menus for the prestigious Jaipur Literature Festival and designed and managed multiple restaurants for the Palacial Grand Uniara Hotel in Jaipur. He has been the F&B director of Karma restaurant in Skopje, Macedonia, and has customized the menus for restaurants in New York. Through all this he has built relationships with elite clientele, from the world over.
Now, he actively collaborates with like-minded professionals and brings his unique culinary and design sense to new projects, elevating existing properties to new heights.
