I was a call center agent , customer representative for the last 2 and a half years , I have had 3 previous employer. The first account as a customer service representative was Expedia , a travel agency which We help customers to book a Flight , Cars and Hotels and even activities that they want to include into their package , Second one is Metro by T-mobile a service provider in USA , we helps customer to settle their bill, troubleshoot their internet , and enlightens them with their bill. Third , I was with Comcast Central Retention account which we were trained to exhaust all possible options and save as much customer as possible.
