I worked for 5 years as assistant restaurant manager... I analyzed the restaurant's financial performance, profit & loss and other financial metrics. I prepared a Business Action Plan on a monthly basis, creating a plan to cope with ever changing situations that affects our business. I maximized the profitability of the restaurant by monitoring food, pack, labor costs and controllable expenses to ensure these are in line with established targets.
