• 24+ years of experience in Procurement, Sub-Contracts management & Commercial Operations in EPC sectors of Oil & Gas, Water/Waste water/Effluent treatment and Manufacturing sectors of Steel, Power, Automobile and Sugar & distillery.
• Proven skills in handling Purchase Orders, Sub-Contracts, Annual Rate Contracts made with vendors & Sub-Contractors.
• Exposure of Pre & Post Award Contract management including setting up & negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing any changes that may arise during its implementation or execution.
• A strategic planner with expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Negotiating, Planning and Executing multiple production & project milestones with a flair for adopting modern methodologies while ensuring the target achievement.
• Result-oriented, self-driven leader and collaborator with proven aptitude to analyse, structure, negotiate/ document complex transactions, formulate / implement strategies and achieve operating goals while balancing risks.
