Rona started in a BPO company as a Technical Support Consultant providing technical assistance to subscribers of a US-based telco company. She later on got promoted as a Transition Coach who supported new hires in their training and transition into operations. After almost a year of being a Transition Coach, she became an Operations Team Leader. She experienced leading teams from different LOBs – handling both established and pre-install customers. She has extensive experience in customer service, reports analysis, performance driving, and performance coaching.
