ABOUT ME

I have successfully completed BBA and MBA on Management from a private University and IELTS from British Council.

In addition, in my professional life I have almost 15 (Fifteen) years working experiences and Served with national and international NGOs, holding different positions and responsibilities. For instances, serving with Pathfinder International as M&E Reporting Specialist. Earlier serve in CARE Bangladesh, Dhaka Ahsania Mission, KMSS and Social Advancement Society as M&E Coordinator, Program and M&E Coordinator, M&E Officer, Clinic Manager, BCC and Outreach Organizer and Field supervisor respectively.

Specific technical experiences, skills and competencies:

The key competencies are to developing and refining M&E/Logical/Result Based Framework, M&E tools, guidelines, formats and methodologies. Conduct baseline- mid line and final evaluation with reporting which helps me to enrich my Learning and Knowledge Management skills.

Furthermore, I’m able to ensure an effective and comprehensive M&E System; integrating quantitative and qualitative approaches. Also have sound participatory training skills demonstrated in different training sessions on M&E. Have a sound knowledge on M&E Software Packages like; MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, SPSS and Photoshop and Illustrator. Experienced also on Research and Advocacy with Media Management

Moreover, I'm experienced on hard and soft data management as well as process documentation and information dissemination with different level and sector on timely. Besides that I’m able to write high quality, reliable and efficient reports like; Project progress monthly, quarterly, annually, yearly and different events/workshop and M&E Reports. I’m experienced on writing Case study/story, Conducting FGD on TVET with report writing, KII interviews and many more M&E toots introduced to assess the project output/ impacts.

Likewise, I have a wide range of experiences on Data Validation in different ways like; Develop database and template design with multiple linkages, coding with conditional formatting. Also have experienced on operating and leading web based MIS, LMIS, Mobile Based Monitoring, Key Result Tracker and Trend Analysis of the project achievement.

Similarly, I take work ethics very seriously and can make decision rapidly and adopt with any situation. I’m willing to travel all over the country and abroad as per project/organization need. I’m trying to ensure gender equality and diversity which will supported to women empowerment. I always tried my best contribution for the project and organization. I have received many more training on M&E from different INGOs which assist me to enrich my knowledge on Partnership Management smoothly.
