× Making amendments in design as per client’s requirement & Advising clients best solutions for related situations
× Producing detail drawings for construction & submissions
× Negotiating with contractors and other professional vendors
× Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialist.
× Coordinating the work of contractors
× Making site visits to check on progress and mock up approvals
× Dealing with problems that might come up during execution of design
× Selection of material and approvals from client required for proposed design.
× Preparing BOQ’s
× Continuous research for new materials and new design themes for enhancing design skills.
