ABOUT ME

I have over 3 years of experience doing both sales and customer service. I have done chat support and am currently 66 words per minute. I was the lead sales agent at Your Expert Events Strategy and then went on to be a customer service manager. I work very efficiently and I take my job VERY seriously. I have had to juggle being on a call while doing chat support, responding to emails and breathing at the same time. I also have a great sense of humor. I am very responsible and work well with a team.
