Troubleshooting Basic asterisk issues Troubleshooting and Managing Active Directory & Domains. Experience in cloud hosted Vpabx support and monitoring Voip Servers and Traffic. Handling customers call and escalating within the Department Troubleshooting ADSL, ADSL2+, FTTN, FTTP, FTTC & HFC services Level 1 Sip service troubleshooting Managing Active Directory and Implement Policies. Printer and Email Troubleshooting Managing Office 365 Users and Mailboxes Hardware and software Troubleshooting. Excellent customer service skills.
