Overall Experience in performing the below tasks: Remote help desk support, Printer Support Active Directory & Domain Support Managing customer Routers and Internal Network Infrastructure. Managing and Troubleshooting WiFi Access Points. Provisioning new Technical Orders Coordinating with Upstream Suppliers. Providing Second line Technical Assistance to Clients. Working on Escalated Matters from Level 1 Support. Handling Escalated calls from Level 1 Support. Troubleshooting Network related Issues and Voice Related Issues. Adding customized Routing configurations as per clients requirements. Experience in working on Routers such as Cisco, Juniper & Allied Telesis. Troubleshooting Basic asterisk issues Troubleshooting and Managing Active Directory & Domains. Experience in cloud hosted Vpabx support and monitoring Voip Servers and Traffic. Handling customers call and escalating within the Department Troubleshooting ADSL, ADSL2+, FTTN, FTTP, FTTC & HFC services Level 1 Sip service troubleshooting Managing Active Directory and Implement Policies. Printer and Email Troubleshooting Managing Office 365 Users and Mailboxes Hardware and software Troubleshooting. Excellent customer service skills.
