Having experienced in apparel merchandising with continued success in meeting, target price quotation, and dealing with foreign delegates. I am confident enough to make valuable contribution in apparel organization. I have experience to work with WALMART(CANADA),WALMART(USA), TESCO, COSTCO,GREG NORMAN, EDDIE BAUER, BERSHKA, MANGO ,etc.
I have the ability to increase the customer satisfaction by providing best communication service, regular follow up and target price meeting. I can ensure the order confirmation, sample development, sourcing fabric and accessories, various wash idea, production follow up, and schedule shipments.
I take merchandising position as a challange and I am capable of handling order indipendently & also able to handle crisis situation in a calm and capable manner.
1 Receiving new inquires from client.
2 Making style sample as per buyer’s given description.
3 Sitting with buyers at the time order placement with director.
4 Making and sending company’s Performa invoice in order to open the L/C.
5 Reports to Manager Marketing & Director for activities relating customer & supplier after receiving orders to cover Greige Fabric within 24 hours basis on tentative consumption and immediate arrange color lab dips for client’s reference in order to get the approval on time.
6 Complete follow up for fabric form lab dips approval till fabric in house.
7 Getting approval from client and purchasing of raw materials including trims, packaging items.
8 Purchasing materials at best price keeping in view that the material being purchased is of best quality.
9 Coordinating with suppliers and timely arranging trims and packaging material.
10 Monitoring and authorizing the incoming inspection of the raw materials (Trims and Packaging materials).
11 Planed to distribute work load, usage of available resources in given time period.
12 Evaluating suppliers and maintaining a list of approved suppliers.
