First versions of designs used non original images, found off google. After designs were finished, she tried to charge me 3 times as much as originally quoted, with no notice, because I made her redo them with original artwork. She wouldn't send second design until I paid the extra $. Never received second design so I essentially paid the full quoted price, for half of the work and I'm still not 100% happy with the design i did get, I just figured I would fix it myself. Now I have to start again with another contractor.

This provider is new to elance and represented themself as a professional in t-shirt design. After thoroughly going over my project requirements, this provider accepted my requirements which were 9 t-shirt designs based on specific feedback I included in my project details. Within a week after accepting my terms, this provider insisted that they misunderstood and refused to do more than 3 shirt designs for the price. I will NEVER recommend this provider. They were dishonest in our message board discussions, lazy and refused to do the project via my feedback, they completely disregarded my time frame and at times took over a week to respond. In the end, I STILL didn't get a quality finished file in the format I requested. I paid them just to not have to deal with them anymore. Advice: Never hire new elance providers, it certainly didn't pay off for me. Elance is great but you should always look at feedback and experience prior to hiring. Hope this helps! Stephen Freelancer's Response This employer states their status is of a established employer in the elance but I am quiet doubtful about it. When I bid for their project i had clearly stated that charges per design would be 80$ per design.Then they contacted me and said that they want me to work for them. Before starting the project I had again confirmed ,not once, but 3 times that the charges would be 80$ per design as they have asked for 6designs and they said ok , we will escrow the fund . And you would be surprised to hear that they funded only 80$ for the whole project(i.e for 6 designs).when i enquired about this , they said this is their budget and either i should do half of their designs for this or they will write negative feedback for me which they eventually did even after completeing their work satisfactorily and according to their briefs requirements. If any body wants the proof of my writing , i can forward you the whole conversation between me and this client which took place during the work process. They were quiet happy with the work i did for them and asked me to send the final files and said thet they will release the funds after getting the final files. After sending the final files , they seemed reluctant to release the money, I repeatedly asked them to release the money , which they ignored. then finally i submit a dispute form against them which after recieving , they released the amount and have written the feedback which is false totally (as you can see this was the outcome of their frustration) I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO ALL THE DESIGNERS NEVER TO DEAL WITH THIS CLIENT AS HE IS VERY MANUPULATING AND A WRONG PERSON TO DEAL WITH.
