ABOUT ME

I am an Accredited SDF with CETA, who holds an Advanced National Diploma in Human Resource Management from Tshwane University of Technology, my National Diploma Is with the University of Johannesburg. I have 7 years working experience, as a tutor at UJ for Labour Law, Human Relations and Employment Relations, Recruitment administrator at Edcon group H/O Laub Street and Recruitment Officer at Shoprite Checkers group. I am currently working as an HR Officer for Unik Civil Engineering, with the staff management of more than 150 employees based in the Cape region and 100 in Gauteng, I travel between the above locations for site visit, disciplinary issues and CCMA cases. I have worked for various industries Such as Further Education & Training and Retail. As a Recruitment Administrator and Recruitment Officer I have been involved in Building relationships with the stores, Bulk Recruitment, obtain available Vacancies, Screening applications, Monitoring screening Assessments Conduct interviews, and Provide regret letters to unsuccessful candidates.
