I am a post graduate in Literature, having a year experience in the development sector, having worked with SBI Foundation under their flagship programme, the Youth For India Fellowship.

I have:

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Has a very good flair for training and can do content development along with customisation of program as per the needs of the audience; have conducted soft skill training programs
• Have good presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle challenging students through effective communication and development skills, ensuring timely follow ups and regular updates.
• Enthusiastic problem-solver with keen ability to rapidly assess diverse situational challenges, develop action plans, and a great team leader.
• Ability to assist Senior management with the implementation of relevant strategies with specific objectives and targets
• Team player who effectively meets goals through strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication & analytical abilities. Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email applications
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, Nepali, Tamil, Marathi, and French gives an edge to handle different communities of people.
