ABOUT ME
As a DDI Engineer, I have extensive experience in installing, configuring, and administering BlueCat and Infoblox appliances, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting to clients and stakeholders. I have also worked with F5-GTM/LTM, API, and Linux technologies, enhancing my networking and automation skills. In my most recent role as a Manager System Engineer at Tata Communications, I led a team of technical support engineers and handled complex and critical incidents related to DDI, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM. I contributed to the improvement of service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, as well as the development and implementation of best practices and processes. I am motivated by learning new technologies, solving challenging problems, and delivering excellent results.
