I have 15 year working experience in Auto cad 2D. and present time working in Timex Group India Ltd. in process Engg. Deptt. and my Skill as Below . 1-All type Drafting PDF File mechanical & civil dwg. convert in Auto Cad file 2D & 3D. 2-All type Mechanical Jig and fixture designing 2D and 3D. Note:- My some project detail given below which i have done in Timex and currently is going on. • Design and development the Thread type case back assy. tool Improve the Productivity and production . • Conversion the Chrono type (hands assy ) series beach type production line in line type which has improved the productivity and production rate from 700 nos per day to 2000 nos per day • Design and development the 8 in one rotary type hands assy tool for cost saving on tooling/spare (swing arms and nest) approx cost 3 lakh • Conversion the Vxx series (hands assy) beach type production line in line type which has improved the productivity and production rate from 700 nos per day to 3500 nos per day
