I am a practicing Advocate in the Courts of India, particularly Delhi/NCR, and represent clients in Delhi High Court, National-State-and District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Trial Courts all over Delhi, Supreme Court, and various other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. My area of expertise includes Litigation in the field of Litigation (Civil, Criminal, IPR, Corporate, Consumer & White Collar Crimes, Arbitration & Mediation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate & Commercial laws. I have also excelled myself in the drafting of various legal documents such as Criminal complaints, Bail Applications, and replies to complaints, Civil suits, Applications and replies to Applications Arbitration and Mediation Application, Demand Notices under IBC, replies to Writ petitions, Appeals, Drafting of Agreements and NDA(s), Special Leave Petitions, Suits, replies to consumer complaints, Bail Applications, Notices, and Complaints of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, Copyright Infringement Notice, Applications for Trade Mark registration, renewal, opposition notice, and various other legal documents.
