ABOUT ME

Over the last 10 years I have worked in the field of Customer Service and Team Management. I have worked as a Senior Processor/Trainer/Team Lead - Customer Service.

I have experience in order processing, liaising with overseas clients, resolving customer complaints via email, maintain accounts of clients (client account reconciliation), imparting process related training to the new recruits, maintaining Dashboard (review of individual's performance) and presenting them each month to both the front end and the back end team.
I have experience in Documentation (Preparing easy to understand process flow) so that it can be used by all and this reduces considerable time spent in training new recruits.

I have been working as Virtual Assistant for many clients from USA, UK, Australia and Ireland. I have experience working for clients who have-commerce sites selling products. I have handled email and chat support & calendar management, order taking and processing, processing credit card via stripe, inventory management , website creation on platforms such as yahoo and weebly, maintaining expenses and working on expensify and zoho invoice.

I also have experience managing Ebay and Amazon Vendor Central which include tasks such as answering emails on both platforms, setting up products, dispute management on amazon and order management on both platforms.

I have worked on platforms such as zendesk, zen planner, confluence, soundcloud, basecamp, canva and drip.
