ABOUT ME

o Handle the Accounts Payable Helpdesk process.
o Effectively maintain the Accounts Payable Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
o Dealing with supplier and business call queries.
o To manage the team in the absence of Direct Manager.
o To action on business and supplier email queries.
o Escalation Handling and to identify the route cause.
o Support and assist team members whenever required.
o Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for
use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support
necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
o Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
o Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.

Officially travelled to United Kingdom for the Accounts Payable Process
transition and been successful in completing the transition.
o I was recognized often by the suppliers and business for effectively managed the
Helpdesk and Vendor Management process.
o Awarded as ‘Star of the month’ in HSBC for outstanding performance in the
month of May 2016.
o Received more than 20 Simply Thank You awards at Genpact for understanding
business criticality and completing work on time during the tenure.
o In Genpact, officially travelled to Delhi for BCP testing for Accounts Payable
process and been successfully in completing the task.
o Recognized as best performer in Genpact in the year 2014.
