I am a Hardware and Networking Engineer with more than 10-year experience. Working in Capital Trading Company in Qatar. Handling 3 servers including SAP, CITRIX & Windows. Technical Skills & Responsibilities: • Maintaining 5 Servers Including SAP & Citrix • Windows Active Directory • Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 and 2016 • Windows 7 / 8 and Windows 10 • SAP Installation and configuration • SAP Admin • Inventory Controller (SAP) • Attendance Management • Mail Server Handling ( G-Suite ) • CITRIX configuration & client installation and maintenance • Intermediate knowledge of TCP IP Networks and switches • Microsoft Active Directory • Well experienced in supportive services like DHCP, NTP, DNS and SNMP • CCTV knowledge • Email engine – Lotus Domino • Preferred Symantec mail gateway experience • Preferred UBUNTU LINUX Experience • Install and configure servers, desktops and networking equipment’s. • Troubleshooting problems with networks, Operating systems and any other hardware related issues. • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues. • Install client O/S and software, connect PC's to network and configure new ISP’s. • Daily virus, anti-Spyware prevention measures on all systems/servers. • Creating regular backup’s from the server using external back up device. • Maintaining all computers in LAN environment. • Manage Company E-mails, Spreadsheet and Documents.
