ABOUT ME

I am Stachys Zaffran Saingan or you can call me Zaff. I'm looking for a job that is related to my previous work which is a customer service (phone, email and chat) support. I worked as a customer service on 2 different Companies within 5 years. With my previous experience I was able to adept on a fast-paced working environment, enhanced and communication skill using the English language, patience in providing excellent customer service experience to the customer and flexible to work on any shift.

I am willing to go extra mile, challenge my self to do things that wasn't done before. I am willing to go under training and learn new things. I promise for 100% job satisfaction.
