With 34 years of extensive experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, I have successfully overseen the completion of over 200 remarkable projects in both the Middle East and Pakistan. This innovative tool enables them to effortlessly evaluate various facets, such as departmental performance, project progress, employee contributions, and cost analysis over specific timeframes, whether the hours incurred are billable or non-billable.
