Though I did not set a hard deadline, he gets to work immediately. Despite the fact that he had other commitment for a few hours in the middle of the job, he managed his time well and completed the job in a day.
5Tariq is a very helpful and a honest provider. Our requirement was a bit complex and not exactly possible but he co-ordinated well with our other developer and made sure that the possible solution was deployed.
