The QS engineers offers a wide range of Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying and Cost management services to the Construction industry. The QS team of freelancers is well experienced in preparing/ validating Civil, Structure, Architecture, Interiors, MEP and Utilities BoQs for new builds as well as refurbishment projects.
The QS engineers members have been preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for global projects with many years of experience within the construction industry, we understand the need to produce/ check quantities to a high standard, within agreed time lines.

The QS team is also experienced on various International Measurement Codes, such as: POMI, QSMM, SMM7, NRM 1 & 2, CESMM4, ARM4, IS 1200 and Australian SMM used in countries i.e. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UK, Europe, India, Australia etc.

Our Quantity Surveying software skill set includes AutoCAD, LISP tools, CostX, On-Screen Take-off (OST) supplemented by MS-Office suite. Offshore/ Onshore QS services include:
