Am a good typist that works smoothly with speed and accuracy. I type and keeps my eyes on the materials am copying and focuses my attentions on the thought contents.
I assumes the proper sitting position, types with less hand motions and without jerks, but keeps the carriage moving smoothly.
I spends little times to plan my works before I start, I puts all things in order, I places them in a convenient way so that when I starts to work, I does it with the least delay. In this way, I saves more time
I proofreads my works thoroughly. I checks my copy with care and corrects all errors before I removes the paper from the machine. I makes my erasures neat and clean.
I have initiative and don’t just wait for orders. I work with less supervision and I don’t disappoint my clients
