A complete mechanical design solution for shredding of plastic bottles. Fabrication was based on the presented design and successfully implemented in a local industry and been functional for an year without the need of any major maintenance
Above is the rendered image of the storage facility i designed for a manufacturing facility. The chemical is being pumped by centrifugal pumps and then stored into the silos. This project is a engineering design solution involving FEA analysis as well as CFD. Structural design techniques were also implemented.
An innovative product design for a client- The purpose of the project was to engineer a cart capable of cleaning cars in parking. The cart must be fitted with an automated riding platform and an iPad holder such that upon reserving a clean up activity by user via an online app, company should be able to send the worker on a mobile unit to the user. Project was successfully completed and accepted by the client.
Problem statement of the project was to engineer an autonomous robotic vehicle capable of food delivery while being guided through GPS. Body design was presented keeping in mind the outlook and required strength. Robotic vehicle was equipped with all necessary controlling units and their housings as well as mountings. Main challenge encountered was capability in rough terrains which was overcome by performing necessary calculations for wheel system and center of gravity calculations.
