ABOUT ME

I am mechanical engineer with 5 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in an international automobile industry. I am expert in solidworks having advance knowledge and professional practice of design & development of product, all types of CAD files and their conversion. Expert for detail drawing making for manufacturing etc.

In Sanpak, . I played a pivotal role as a core member of the Design & Development team at Sanden. During my tenure, I actively contributed to five major projects involving the design and development of car air-conditioning systems for Honda and Suzuki OEM and aftermarket models. My responsibilities encompassed a comprehensive range of tasks, including customer design studies, design feasibility assessments, the creation of proposed 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and proposal documents based on available facilities. I led efforts in product inspection and tooling design, closely monitoring development activities to ensure alignment with customer requirements, global standards, and legal regulations. Additionally, I played a crucial role in preparing and executing Product Validation testing for the developed items. On numerous occasions, I undertook the challenge of designing systems in the absence of formal drawings and specifications. These instances were particularly exciting as they required me to leverage the full extent of my knowledge, methods, tools, analytical and leadership skills. In such scenarios, I thrived on the opportunity to pioneer creative solutions, ensuring that the developed system seamlessly integrated into the destination assembly. This dynamic experience not only honed my ability to think critically and act decisively but also showcased my adaptability in navigating complex design challenges.

I have good knowledge and professional practice of adobe Photoshop & adobe illustrator. Good knowledge of English.
