ABOUT ME

I am having more than 18 years of experience in National and State level organizations. I am a post graduate in Computer application and hold a post graduate diploma in Geoinformatics. My area of expertise include Terrain Analysis, Integrated Watershed Management, Land use Land cover alterations studies, Land use Land cover alterations studies due to laterite quarrying and mining, Hydro geochemistry and water quality assessment of groundwater, Terrain modeling, Sand auditing, Forest Fire studies, Carbon Sequestration Studies, Flood Hazard mapping, Landslide mapping, GIS advisory, Project formulation and implementation, GIS based research guidance, Training and capacity building, Environment Resource Management, Environment and Social Impact Assessment. To my credit, I have 42 scientific publications in peer reviewed journals in the field of Remote Sensing and GIS and allied topics. Currently I am serving as visiting faculty in Government Engineering College Barton Hill – Trivandrum and School of Environmental Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi. I have completed about 40 research and consultancy projects till date.
