I bring with me extensive experience from the Retail and corporate
world, where I am considered amongst the new breed of dynamic
“Motivational Trainers” who brings thought provoking internal changes
with his audiences / organisations. I can join asap.

My mission in life is to be an
effective ‘channel’ for anybody who crosses his path, either
professionally or personally. I have designed / created several life
changing modules that thousands have benefited from in the past 16
years of him being a Learning and Development Trainer / Motivational
speaker . Organizations, where he was employed, prior to working with
Medicover Fertility include HUGO BOSS, Armani, CANALI, JIMMY CHOO,
Paul Smith, COACH, Michael Kors, VB, BV,TUMI , G-StAR RAW , LUXE
Bridge and other coveted National and International brands. During
this period I have embarked on different assignments including drawing
an overall or individualised training and development plan that
addresses needs and expectations of the entire workforce of the
organisation. Deploying a wide variety of training methods,
conducting effective induction and orientation sessions and monitoring
and evaluating the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI
periodically and reporting on them. I have also managed training
budget, provides opportunities for ongoing development, resolves any
specific problems and tailor training programs as per the need and
requirements. Maintaining a keen understanding of training
trends, developments and best practices. My corporate experience
reflects strongly in Leadership Training /Seminars / Training /
Coaching / Keynote Speeches with practical tools and solutions
applicable in real life.


Driven by my Mission in life, I have embarked on a journey
establishing Medicover Fertility and expanded training
internationally. I have a very strong business acumen and fully managed
training budget for South ASIA in Levi’s and for PAN India Budget for
Medicover Fertility European MNC and Luxury Brand for PAN India .Also
being awarded with South Asia Best Training Initiatives in Healthcare
by Malaysia AT south Asia .



My employment experience helped a great deal in devising (Practical)
training programs suited to various industries promising company and
leadership value added training and consultancy services. During
these years, I have gained experience as a “Master Trainer” through
prominent institutions such as Harvard Business School ,UK and has got
certifications from all the top notch organizations such as Walmart,
ESAP USA , Levi’s Trainer to conduct global Trainings for WIPRO,
Steven Covey Certification , Landmark Group UAE . Certification from
Walmart, Dale Carnegie and I am also considered one of the best
keynote motivational trainers in the Middle East and India. Many
people have ranked my “Motivational Skills” amongst the highest of all
techniques of training/coaching that I have deployed in all
international and national MNC. Certification on conducting
assessments Strength Escape assessor.



Training, Learning and development needs leaders who are naturally
built that way, naturally patient centric and of high integrity are my
values which drive me day in and day out.



I have been designing the original content from last 10 years and training
curriculum for MNC (National and International )
