Preparing Search Citation Documents based on the Trademark Searches. Reviewing TM Journals, Preparing Watch Notices and sending to the Clients. Docketing of USPTO Deadlines, Client cum Attorney Communication in the internal Database. Monitoring of the Deadlines. Responsible for creating Conflicts files & Drafting of emails to client for further action. Paralegal support. Assisting Attorney for Trademark portfolio management.
