I am only offering drafting works not design (architectural, electrical, plumbing and structural), interior and rendering services (3D modelling included).

Let me be clear that I am not a licensed professional yet so if they are what you need, you should go and look for one.

What I do is mostly for people who are looking for cheap drafting services because they just need the drawings for electrical applications. But it is still being signed by professionals, and it is the clients responsibility to look for one if they needed it.

My transactions are purely drafting services and nothing more. If someone is asking for a real "design" but they still want me to draft for them I asked them to seek for a professional guidance first specially when it comes to architectural designs because they are plan and design only by a registered and licensed architect as stated by the law.

Spaces you want to be included in your desire plans e.g. living area, dining area, master bedroom with walk in closets and bathroom etc. (or if you already had one and just needed someone to properly draft it for you, that is accepted too.)
