What seller need from the Buyer to get started?

To understand your requirement, we'll have a chat discussing the need for the render/model.

The output can be graphical, realistic or for exploring facades and finish options.

Live projects will have a different feel as compared to a professional portfolio or graphic for webpage.

Note:

A CAD plan is required for making building models. I can also make a plan from pdfs or images, but will charge a little extra.
The cost mentioned varies on the basis of resolution (1920x1080 mentioned here) and will be for each individual render.
However for visualizing a personal apartment/home/room, a higher resolution is not required, hence is negotiable.
