Because I am not familiar with local codes in any country other than my own country, I may not provide a more detailed drawing for permit applications, but I can provide the basic and generic drawing requirements such as Renderings, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, and other drawings that are universal. Also I can produce video clips for my drawings. My drawings might lack complete details for a local code compliance, I can still compensate by providing a complete 3D CAD File so that whomever will avail of the drawings can use the CAD file to locally produce some more detailed drawings. Since I can understand and communicate english sufficiently, I can work with your clients in case there are some revisions and adjustments on my drawings.
