We run a fitness studio, and we usually ask our full time or freelance instructors to sign an agreement (will forward you). I would like a 1 page agreement that allows them to select one of 3 categories to labor law cards. Every time the teacher agrees to one of the 3 categories, i want to select that one and ask them to sign. More information will be provided
