Hiring a Lead Generator to skip-trace real estate leads from a tax delinquent PDF file to transfer correct data to a google sheet. Only enter records of tax delinquents that have a balance owed of $1000 or more.

Ideal candidate must have experience in skip-tracing, Working with Real Estate investors, working with Excel spread sheets, Google sheets, Appraisal district websites and more.
MUST HAVE TLO ACCESS.

Must be fluent in English, well organized and proficient,

This project has potential to be an on-going project depending on results.

I will have list sizes anywhere from 500- 7000 entries potentially.
