We have exported 3 different files (all .csv) from Infusionsoft for 4 U.S. Cities:
1. Registered List
2. Attended List
3. Buyer List
This totals 12 .csv files in total which will be provided. What we're looking for are eye-pleasing reports (maybe in a couple of different styles) that show the correlation between the date people registered, the attendee/show rate, and whether or not they purchases (as buyers).
We envision something that provides a lot of information about the relationships between when people register for an event, how close they register in relation to their attendance date and then whether they buy or not. A few questions we'd like answered in these reports:
-What's the correlation between WHEN people REGISTER and whether or not they ATTEND?
-How many DAYS out BEFORE the event they choose to attend do they register?
-Are people who register CLOSER to an event MORE likely to attend it or less likely?
-What's the correlation between WHEN people register and the likelihood they will BUY?
-What are the MOST popular event TIMES?
-What TIMES bring in the most ATTENDEES?
-What TIMES bring in the most BUYERS?
-% that SHOW up
-% that BUYS
We're open to how this data is visually shown as long as we are able to easily see these correlations. We'd like a 48-hour turnaround. Delivery no later than EOD Saturday.
Thanks so much for your interest!
