Required Data Management freelancer for Contact management job

Title - Data management tool.
Hosting - Host on a digital ocean droplet.
Add repository to Github and give clear install instructions.
Security - URL must be password protected
Three Core Elements - Contacts Database, Keywords, Domain Whitelist

1. Contacts database: Columns: First Name, Last Name, Email, Country, Phone, Time/Date
Contacts database - should be able to upload CSV or XLS. Some files will be large so must upload fast.
Upload > map fields to ensure all columns correct.
2. Keywords- View/Add/Remove single or multiple keywords
3. Domain white list - View/Add/Remove white list domain.
Simple GUI
Step 1 - upload new CSV. Only mandatory column is "email"
Step 2 - map fields - only mandatory column is "email"
Step 3 - start cleaning process -
- action 1 - remove entries containing "trigger" keywords - ONLY from email, first name and last name columns
- action 2 - remove any email addresses already contained in contacts database
- action 3 - remove duplicate email addresses

Step 4 - download cleaned / unique data. Select by:
All OR
White list domains & Other domains

Step 5 - adds all entries from original .CSV (the one in step 1) to master database after cleaner .CSV is downloaded
This project may require additional modules / work in future. Freelancer should be available for future work now if needed.
