Required ARCHIBUS freelancer for Functional Specialist for ARCHIBUS Customer Support job

HHB Systems seeks a Functional Specialist for ARCHIBUS Customer Support to the Installations Operation Office to provide functional and technical expertise for the Agency's entire ARCHIBUS product line for all users of the system, to include:
- Respond to and track all user problems and issues through resolution.
- Coordinate development changes necessary to complete a user request and provide customized training to specific user groups.
- Analyze trend data for ARCHIBUS issues and solutions for systemic problems and recommend improvements to SIOI leadership.
- Provide solutions as needed.

Qualifications include:
- 11 - 14 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
- TS/SCI clearance
