I am an IT service provider.
First Problem:
My client has a FortiGate 60E with os5.4 , and he wants to use the SSL inspection feature.
I used another freelancer to install it but we keep encountering the following error:
NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
Privacy error:

We need to fix it so the office can work fluently without so many false positives.
Second feature:
Company owner wants to be alerted when network users log into certain sites like Dropbox, Wetransfer and other sites that might be used to steal information.
Owner doesn't want to block this activity, only to be notified about it.
Third feature:
I want to setup free version of FortiCloud so client can monitor the above features.
