Hi Moodle experts!

i need to configure a Moodle course exam with the following requirements:

If a student fails an exam 3 times in a row --> his account is suspended/locked to move forward the course --> if the teacher reactivate/unlocks the account --> the student can continue the course from the point on which he reproved
