Looking for a QA Engineer to perform tests on our web site as we migrate onto our new CMS solution.
Duties:
- Test our various website properties & workflows for potential bugs/issues/enhancements across all major browsers
- Use Jira for creation of issues and defect descriptions during the release cycles. Incorporate detailed description, screenshots and any additional documentation to help replicate the issues
- Work with the development team and stakeholders to debug and verify fixes before the release
- Conduct cross-browser testing in a uniform fashion
- Attend daily status meetings via Zoom (with video) to discuss progress, issues, findings, and next steps
- Must be available during normal business for online communications and web meetings
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a QA engineer
- Manual testing experience
- Regression testing
- Knowledge of automated testing processes, procedures, and platforms
- Previous experience working remotely in a similar role
Expected duration is 3-4 months
- Estimate 20-30 hours per week required (including stand-up meeting time)
- May be an opportunity for additional work on ad hoc basis if available
