Looking for a specialized in machine learning who can build a tool which is able to predict odds changes for eSport games. This basically means that the odds are better about 24hours before the start of a game and then drifting down closer towards the start of the game

I dont know yet if something like this is possible to build but I am interested in your applications and hearing your ideas.
