Required Deep Neural Networks,Python,Deep Learning,PyTorch freelancer for E2E Speech Recognition Paper Implementation in PyTorch job

Looking for engineer with strong background experience in speech recognition pipelines, and with really good working knowledge of PyTorch.

I'm working on several projects, and need an engineer who'll deliver implementation of paper 'STATE-OF-THE-ART SPEECH RECOGNITION
USING MULTI-STREAM SELF-ATTENTION WITH DILATED 1D CONVOLUTIONS'
The delivered implementation should be trainable & able to do inference.

Please, if you're beginner level or haven't deep knowledge of Speech Recognition pipelines, don't waste time for both sides.

Update: We need the exact implementation of this particular paper, not other suggestions.
