We are creating a simple workout program for Women. This will be a 6 week at home workout program focusing on building the glutes, toning muscles, and reducing fat.

We are on the search for a fitness professional who is knowledgeable in diet, supplements, and bodyweight exercise to help write and put this course together.

We will provide a course outline to be followed including 5 sections: Introduction, Diet, Supplements, Workouts, & Advancing. You will be responsible for writing all content.

This is a medium sized project. We expect the course to be less than 35s pages including 18 workout pages.
