We are looking for someone who has experience in managing customer service. The task is about to understand our product and brainstorm all the questions our users may ask and list the standard replies for our Customer Service Automatic Response System.

The Q&A can be general as the user can contact artificial customer service if he cannot find the answer. But you still need to under standard our product and make a comprehensive list of the problems users may have.
