Required Microsoft Word,Adobe InDesign freelancer for Converting InDesign Letterhead to Functioning Word Document job

I've created a template in InDesign and can send you that file if neccessary, but I need it to be converted to a word document that has a different second page (also in the PDF). Every time I've tried to convert it, the margins are all messed up and when you get to page 2 it starts typing in two areas where text shouldn't be. I'm not very good in Microsoft word to be able to fix/figure this out. Need help! Going to need the capability to do mail merges in this document as well.
